When you choose the Aligned mentorship, you will receive:

• An Aligned Values Workbook to help you formulate an inclusive, human focused mission and vision from the roots up, that people feel connected to and want to support.
• Access to an engaged, inclusive Slack community with additional resources.
• Tools to help you cultivate and inspire inclusive, empowered, trauma informed, human focused environments.

The mentorship is designed to keep you supported and on track to creating inclusive, human focused environments. Here's how we will spend our six months together:

• Meet twice a month to go through the outlined curriculum.
• Access to a community Slack container, where you will be able to connect with peers, ask questions, and get additional support from Crystal.
