When you join the Aligned mastermind, you will receive:

• An Aligned Values Workbook to help you formulate an inclusive, empowered mission and vision from the roots up, that people feel connected to and want to support.
• Access to an engaged, inclusive online community with additional resources.
• Tools to help you cultivate and inspire inclusive, empowered, human focused environments.

The mastermind is designed to keep you supported and on track to creating inclusive, empowered, human focused environments. Here's how we will spend our six months together:

• Meet twice a month as a group to go through the outlined curriculum.
• One special guest expert training per month. (Separate from group meetings.)
• One individual coaching session with Crystal per month.
• Access to a community Slack container, where you will be able to connect with peers, ask questions, and get additional support from Crystal.
